The commitment length is for 12 months from when you join. Your monthly payment will be automatically debited from your account until the 12 months is over.

Yes! Once the final content is delivered, you receive full usage rights for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you need exclusive commercial rights (such as for resale or national campaigns), we can discuss licensing options tailored to your needs.

Absolutely! Our retainer program isn’t just about capturing photos and videos—it’s about crafting a consistent, engaging brand story. We help with content planning, shot lists, styling recommendations, and mood boards to make sure your visuals align with your brand goals. If needed, we can also advise on content scheduling and social media strategy.

We understand that business needs change. If you need to cancel before the contract ends, we require 30 days notice. Depending on the terms, we may charge a cancellation fee or allow an early exit with a final pro-rated payment. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness for both parties
